1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register as a 7winrm member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Have not previously been restricted or banned from using the 7winrm platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
• Register only one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7winrm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or other suitable documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period may be suspended or terminated.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

7winrm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour of approval. 7winrm does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, however payment service providers may impose their own charges.

All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method registered under the account holder's name. 7winrm reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal transaction.

3 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7winrm offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions including a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The Welcome Bonus offered by 7winrm is as follows:

• Bonus Rate: 200% of the first deposit amount.
• Maximum Bonus Cap: Up to RM1,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 15 times the total bonus received.

For example: A deposit of RM100 will earn a bonus of RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For a deposit of RM1,200, the bonus is RM1,000 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM2,200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using betting strategies intended to meet the wagering requirement with unreasonably minimal risk, is prohibited. 7winrm reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if any abuse is detected.

4 Game Rules and Member Conduct

All games offered on the 7winrm platform including slots, live casino, sportsbook, and instant games must be played in accordance with the established rules. Members are prohibited from:

• Using any third-party software, bots, or automated tools to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's system.
• Carrying out any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.

Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities if necessary.

5 Account Security and Passwords

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login information secure. 7winrm recommends the following to ensure account security:

• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your username or password with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact 7winrm customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

7winrm will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's failure to keep their login information secure. In such cases, it is the member's responsibility to notify 7winrm immediately.

6 Responsible Gambling and Self-Limits

7winrm believes that gambling should remain a form of entertainment. Our platform provides various tools to help members manage their gambling habits:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit settings through the account settings section.
• Temporary (cooldown) or permanent self-exclusion options for members who feel they need a break.

Continued use of the 7winrm platform after any amendment takes effect is considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the platform and withdraw your account balance through the standard withdrawal procedure.

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7winrm operates under an international licence issued by a recognised licensing authority. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, or the use of the 7winrm platform, shall first be resolved through 7winrm's internal dispute resolution procedure. If internal resolution fails, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.
